MINI has asked their consumers participate in a design competition to help them design components for their 4th generation MINI Clubman. Their new design consists of a center rail that runs from the front of the car to the back in-between the seats. The rail can hold snap-in cup holders, iPod cradles, and sunglasses cases, ect. but now the designers are seeking new ideas for things to snap into their rails. MINI says "[We ask] what YOU would put on the brand new MINI Center Rail of the MINI Countryman. What is something that you don't want to leave home without and always want to have at your fingertips?" The winner will get a trip for two to Paris for the Paris Motor Show.
